We have developed a wonderful area on the top floor of one of the buildings in the newly revitalized site of the former Ankerbrotfabrik, the former location of one of Vienna's largest bakeries. The result is three individual flats furnished with attention to detail, each with a directly connected bathroom. All three flats have access to the spacious communal area, which is equipped to the same high standard as the flats themselves. Each flat has a comfortable king-size box-spring double bed, its own work desk, a spacious wardrobe and a private en-suite bathroom with washbasin, shower and WC. The general area also offers you a fully equipped designer kitchen - everything from a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, kettle, toaster and Nespresso machine is available, as well as crockery, glasses, cutlery, cookware and all the utensils you need if you want to prepare breakfast or cook in the evening. In the communal area you will also find an elegant dining area with a large table for 6 people, a cozy seating area and a separate TV room with a large screen TV and lounge furniture. There is a covered loggia outside where smoking is permitted (smoking is not permitted indoors).

The flats have access to a roof-top terrace, which is currently being remodeled and is therefore not accessible.

In addition to your private flat, you can also use the generously equipped communal area. There you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table for 6 people, a cozy seating area, a lounge room with a large-screen TV, a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer for your use and a covered loggia where smoking is permitted.

On the roof there is a roof terrace accessible via a staircase, which we are currently redesigning and is therefore not currently part of the rental.
