In the newly revitalized area of the former Anker bread factory, the former location of one of Vienna's largest bakeries, we have a wonderful area on the top floor of one of the buildings. The result is three individual apartments, furnished with attention to detail, each with a bathroom directly connected. All three apartments have access to the spacious common area, which is just as high-quality as the apartments themselves.

Each apartment has a comfortable king-size box-spring bed, a private desk, a spacious wardrobe and a private en-suite bathroom with sink, shower and toilet.

The common area also offers you a fully equipped designer kitchen - from a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, kettle, toaster to Nespresso machine, everything is available, as well as dishes, glasses, cutlery, cookware and all the utensils you need if you want to prepare a leisurely breakfast or cook in the evening.

In the common area you will also find an elegant dining area with a large table for 6 people, a comfortable seating area and a private TV room with a large screen TV and lounge furniture.

Outside there is a covered loggia where smoking is permitted (smoking is not permitted inside).

In addition to your private apartment, you also have access to the spacious common area. There is a roof terrace on the roof, accessible via a staircase, which we are currently redesigning and is therefore not currently part of the rental.
