We have created a wonderful area on the top floor of one of the buildings in the newly revitalized site of the former Ankerbrot factory, the former location of one of Vienna's largest bakeries. The result is three individual apartments, furnished with attention to detail, each with its own bathroom. All three apartments have access to the spacious common area, which is furnished to the same high standard as the apartments themselves.

Each apartment has a comfortable king-size box-spring bed, a private desk, a spacious wardrobe and a private en-suite bathroom with sink, shower and toilet.

The common area also offers you a fully equipped designer kitchen - from a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, kettle, toaster to Nespresso machine, everything is available, as well as dishes, glasses, cutlery, cookware and all the utensils you need if you want to prepare a leisurely breakfast or cook in the evening.

In the common area you will also find an elegant dining area with a large table for 6 people, a comfortable seating area and a private TV room with a large screen TV and lounge furniture.

Outside there is a covered loggia where smoking is permitted (smoking is not permitted inside).

There is a roof terrace on the roof, accessible via a staircase, which we are currently redesigning and is therefore not currently part of the rental.
